Yes, each of our online booking tools have guest booking capabilities. Some require permissions and others require the set-up of a guest profile.
In Deem: Campbell travel would first create a guest "profile"
Once a guest profile is set up, users can delegate themselves to book for the guest traveler:
You then enter delegate mode to book for the guest user.
You would then book as normal and fill out all of the traveler information on the checkout screen.
In Concur: You would have to be set up with the appropriate permissions to book for a guest, however it is possible to book for a guest.
